Who publishes Brel and where the street sits

Kunming Chenggong District Green Melody Trading Co., Ltd. publishes Brel and acts as controller for personal data that actually reaches it. The postal address is Room 502, Building 1, Xingjin Jiayuan, Longcheng Sub-district Office, Chenggong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. Privacy correspondence should be sent to allanlicazcherell@gmail.com. The notice is in force from 2026-09-22.

Google Play for Android is the only store that carries Brel. A holder can keep several afternoons in one log, each with its own shop note and clothing note, and can scroll back through those afternoons without a network. It keeps a private record of city strolls on the phone the holder carries. Shopfronts, street corners, and clothing notes stay in that record. Brel is not a shared board. This notice explains mailbox letters, the technical note written after a legal text is fetched, and the walk files that stay on the device.

Brel is available only to a person of 18 or eighteen years. A minor must not use Brel.

What the walk log keeps on this handset

On the Android handset, Brel stores typed notes about a street stretch, a shop stop, or clothing, together with still pictures and spoken remarks you choose to attach. Those materials sit in on-device storage under your control. A holder might note that a corner café closed early, keep a still of a shopfront awning, or save a short spoken reminder about fabric weight for evening air. The same log can hold a sequence of corners from one afternoon, so the holder can see how the light changed without sending that sequence anywhere. Clearing Brel's storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling the package, removes the local walk log from that copy.

Brel does not offer a login or a member profile, because each walk entry remains a local row on the phone. The controller does not collect or read an advertising identifier for ads.

Sensors wait for the holder's press

Neither Camera nor Microphone starts until the holder presses the matching control. Both stay not in the background. Camera and Microphone are the only sensors this package may prompt for. Photos already on the phone can be attached through the picker. Location is not used.

A new street still is taken only after you press the shutter for the entry on screen. That picture stays on the device. Refusing Camera, or switching it off later in Android Settings, ends new shutter shots. Notes already typed remain. The Android picker can drop in a picture that already lives on the phone, and that step is separate from Camera.

A spoken remark is captured only after you press the recorder beside an entry. That audio stays on the device. If Microphone stays off, or if you switch it off later in Android Settings, no new remark is stored. Typed lines on the entry still open.

Video and location stay unused because the log stores still pictures and typed notes.

Stills, spoken remarks, and caches that remain on the phone

The controller does not take Photos / Videos off the phone. A street still you capture or attach stays in the walk log. The controller does not take Microphone audio off the phone; a spoken remark stays beside the note. The controller does not take App activity off the phone; temporary files that reopen a screen stay until you wipe storage or remove the app.

Walk-log stills, spoken remarks, and temporary files remain on the phone, so the controller has no upload of them. The only network path described later is the fetch of hosted legal pages.

When the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to someone in the European Union or the EEA, the legal bases below cover records that reach the controller. Performance of a contract covers a reply when the holder asks for a legal text. Legitimate interests cover a privacy complaint that arrives by mail. Keeping a letter because a statute says so is the legal obligation that applies to that file. The holder consents by sending the letter, and writing again to allanlicazcherell@gmail.com withdraws that consent for later use of the first letter. Stills on the phone sit outside these legal bases.

The holder may lodge a complaint. That right runs to the supervisory authority for the holder's home, the holder's workplace, or the place where the holder says the problem happened.

No separately named Data Protection Officer

Brel names no officer of its own. Privacy questions go to allanlicazcherell@gmail.com. A first answer is usually sent inside 15 business days.

Walk files do not cross a border. The HTTPS fetch of a legal page, described next, is the only request that can leave the country of the Play install.

Brel contacts a hosting provider when the holder asks for a hosted legal page. HTTPS server logs note the connection for that fetch. The host can hand back this privacy policy. A different fetch can hand back the terms of use. A different fetch can hand back the children's notice. Walk stills are not placed in those logs.

A court or regulator may require the controller to produce a mailbox letter it actually holds. That is the only extra disclosure.

When mailbox mail and host notes end

Each kind of record lasts only as long as that kind needs.

Street stills, spoken remarks, and temporary screen files stay on the phone until you delete an entry, wipe Brel storage, or remove the app. The controller never stored those files, so it cannot run a remote clock over them.

Letters at allanlicazcherell@gmail.com remain while the enquiry is open. They are cleared after the reply unless a statute still requires the file. The host drops those logs on its own timetable.

To have the controller delete personal information it actually received, write to allanlicazcherell@gmail.com. Files that never left the phone are removed by you on the device.

Mailbox letters are read by people who must answer them, travel over HTTPS, and follow the timetable above. If a letter looks wrongly handled, write again to allanlicazcherell@gmail.com. Walk files on the phone rely on the Android storage controls of that handset.

Seeing, fixing, deleting, and exporting what arrived

Mail allanlicazcherell@gmail.com about personal information the controller holds. Take the requests in this order.

Inspection means asking what mailbox letters or those logs contain about you. If a file is inaccurate or incomplete, ask for rectification and name the personal information that should change. Erasure means asking the controller to delete personal information it actually received, unless a statute still requires the file. A portable copy means a machine-readable extract of those limited records. If consent was the basis for holding a letter, the same message can withdraw that consent.

Staff try to answer a finished request inside 15 business days. Local walk files are cleared on the handset, because the controller does not keep them. Brel has no hosted membership file, so there is no remote account page to close.

Kunming Chenggong District Green Melody Trading Co., Ltd. does not sell personal information. Write allanlicazcherell@gmail.com when you wish to opt out of selling. Call that note a do-not-sell request if you prefer.

What California adds for this walk log

People in California may use the California Consumer Privacy Act together with the California Privacy Rights Act when they want extra rights over personal information.

Sale of personal information does not happen on Brel. Cross-context behavioural advertising does not happen either, since stroll notes remain on the phone. The controller may hold mailbox contents the holder chose to send, plus technical details in those logs after a legal page is fetched. Someone living in California can email allanlicazcherell@gmail.com in order to confirm whether that person's information was sold. The letter may also opt out of selling. A reply is aimed inside 15 business days.

Virginia, the adult audience, children, and a later edition

For a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act may apply. Targeted advertising and profiling for a legal or similarly significant effect sit outside Brel, because the package shows no ads and a stroll note does not decide anyone's rights. A Virginia holder may email allanlicazcherell@gmail.com to refuse a sale.

Brel was not designed for children. The store listing is not marketed at a young reader. Screens speak to an adult out for a walk, and they are not directed at children. The package has no child-focused features. A walk log written for a grown holder is the whole of Brel, so Brel does not knowingly gather personal details from a person who is under eighteen. Children's sensitive identifiers are outside what Brel collects. A child's biometric data is outside that set as well. A parent or guardian who learns of child use of Brel may email allanlicazcherell@gmail.com about children's information that arrived in the mailbox, asking for access and for deletion of the mailbox file, and to stop processing of that file.

When this Privacy Policy is revised, Kunming Chenggong District Green Melody Trading Co., Ltd. publishes the replacement under a fresh effective date printed at the top. After that date appears, later use follows the revised notice. A street still on this listing has no subscription attached. Questions about this notice may be sent to allanlicazcherell@gmail.com or to Room 502, Building 1, Xingjin Jiayuan, Longcheng Sub-district Office, Chenggong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.
